From Building Site to a Beautiful New Garden Lawn
A quick three-day job transforming a poor-quality garden base into a fresh, level lawn. The original ground was left uneven and compacted from previous site works, so we stripped it back and rebuilt it properly, finishing with new topsoil and turf for a clean, lasting result.
The existing ground was in rough condition due to leftover building works when the houses were first constructed. To get a solid foundation, we excavated around 20 tonnes of material and replaced it with over 10 tonnes of clean soil. The new ground was levelled and compacted in 150mm layers to make sure it stayed firm and well-drained.
Once prepared, we installed 75 square metres of fresh turf, laid neatly and rolled in for an even finish. The job was completed within three days and gave the customer a healthy, level lawn that’s easy to maintain and ready to enjoy.
The Result
The result is a fresh, level lawn that completely transforms the outdoor space. The ground is now stable, properly prepared, and ready to stay in good condition for years to come. The even finish of the new turf gives the garden a clean, natural look that fits perfectly with the home. What was once an uneven, compacted patch of ground is now a bright, usable area that adds real value and appeal to the property.
